A deliciously creamy cashew-based cheese with a rich aroma and taste of traditional blue mouldy cheese. It has a flavour profile characteristic of cheeses made with Penicillium Roqueforte. Produced in a very similar way as dairy cheese, it is fermented and aged for up to 5 weeks to develop a traditional Blue cheese flavour.
Perfect on your cheese platter, on its own or served on a cracker with thinly sliced apple, pear, fig, or fig or quince jam. It can also be added to past or risotto, crumbled onto a Waldorf salad or onto a pizza.
